1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Astroplex's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Astroplex provides lead generation services through social media advertising, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels. Our services include:

  • Lead identification and targeting
  • Contact information verification
  • Lead qualification based on your criteria
  • Delivery of qualified leads within specified timeframes

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Premium Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise Leads: $60 per qualified lead

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds for leads that do not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria or contain invalid contact information, subject to verification within 30 days of delivery.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

4.1 Qualification Standards

All leads delivered will meet the qualification criteria specified in your service agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Industry and company size requirements
  • Geographic targeting parameters
  • Budget and timeline qualifications
  • Contact verification standards

4.2 Contact Information Accuracy

We guarantee that all contact information provided is accurate and verified at the time of delivery. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected and processed through our services. All lead data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Astroplex's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
